Necessary Forms - Important Note Concerning USOTC Paperwork:

The USOTC requires riders to fill out several forms in order to compete or train on their facilities. This includes the velodrome! The forms are available at the velodrome, however, they are also available online. You can save yourself some valuable training/warm-up time by filling out the forms in advance. The following forms are required to be filled out, signed and submitted by all riders before training or racing at the velodrome. Copies of these forms are usually available in the velodrome office, but as they are lengthy, you are encouraged to print them and fill them out ahead of time.

Please fill out ALL forms completely, sign them and submit them to a USOTC representative (John Cotton is one) BEFORE riding on the track.

Important Note Concerning Open Track Time:

While the USOTC does it's best to keep the track open from April to October, weather and other scheduling requirements may prohibit the track from opening during all of it's regularly scheduled hours. It is a good idea to call ahead to see if the track will be open when you would like to train! You may want to call several times, the velodrome staff are not always near a phone. A live person can answer questions much better than an answering machine! Also, please not that the national team has precedence and can ride the track whenever they need. If the national team is working out, you may not be able to train.

During the April and May, the speed skaters will be in town training. Infield access will be restricted. Training time will be available, but track access will be from the pit area on the back stretch. Velodrome staff will provide information if necessary.
