Collegiate Upgrading Guidelines

3. Any race with 40 or more male riders can be used for this upgrade or 10 or more riders for women.
2. If the new 2007 guidelines are enforced where an A race should only have cat. 3 and above, the race will count towards a cat. 2 upgrade with a minimum of 50 men or 20 women. If the guidelines are not enforced, then the results will be used as filler if results from non-collegiate events are short.
2-1 The quality of fields in the RMCC is not sufficient to warrant using for this upgrade. All points will have to come from standard road events.
